Midwest Engine Warehouse located in Aurora, Illinois has acquired certain assets of the Briggs & Stratton distributorship

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN – October 7, 2004 – Midwest Engine Warehouse located in Aurora, Illinois has acquired certain assets of the Briggs & Stratton distributorship operated by Frank Edwards Company of West Valley City, Utah.As part of the purchase, Midwest Engine Warehouse also acquired certain assets related to the other outdoor power equipment lines handled by Frank Edwards Company.

Midwest Engine Warehouse will service the Briggs & Stratton accounts previously served by Frank Edwards Company and Pacific Power Equipment Company.
