Preferred Power, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Certain Assets of Briggs & Stratton Distributorship RBI.

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN – January 5, 2005 – Preferred Power, Inc. located in Charlotte, North Carolina has completed the acquisition of certain assets of the Briggs & Stratton distributorship RBI located in Richmond, Virginia.
